I studied English lit at uni and all those books show you what's possible with the voice, all different kinds. I used to freelance for blogs and ebooks. Got burnout and hated it in the end so now I need to voice myself to stay sane lol. When you're quiet, people LOVE to speak over you or bombard you with their opinions without caring about yours. I'm too old now to let that slide so if I can't say what I want to them, I'll say it though my writing, I feel better for it too, and I guess that comes out through the voice?
Also, fuck it 😂 the best works I've read were written by fearless writers.

I forgot to say, your lucky ‘Voss I almost tried to explain how to pronounce the two LLs in llanelli. Haha I was wracking my brain for while.
I thought, hmm, it’s sounds. Bit like that hissing sound a cat makes when they are upset. But with more of an L sound to it.

I had a Welsh grand father who pronounced it like that. So I sometimes thing not even the Welsh know how to say their place name. Hehe. 😊
